Purilens Plus Saline is buffered saline (just like Unisol 4). Purilens Plus Saline is not sold in drugstores, so it was not generally well known until being "discovered" after Unisol 4 was discontinued, and again after Simply Saline products were also discontinued. Purilens Plus Saline is now the only buffered saline of this kind on the US market.

Purilens Plus Saline comes in 4oz bottles, like Unisol 4. It is TSA compliant and comes with a TSA information card.
