A Good Frame Is Worth Saving
Whether it’s this season’s acetate or your grandfather’s gold-filled frame from 1962, our in-house team repairs, adjusts, and restores eyewear every day. Bring it in — most of the time we can fix what others replace.
Repairs
Broken hinges, snapped bridges, cracked temples, stripped screws, lost nose pads — we handle soldering, part replacement, and lens remounting on-site, with access to parts for most major brands. Many repairs are done while you wait.
Adjustments
Glasses should sit level, grip gently, and never slide. Fittings and alignments are complimentary — whether you bought your frame from us or not. If your glasses have never quite felt right, five minutes in the studio usually solves it.
Restorations
Vintage and heirloom frames deserve more than a drawer. We revive them: new lenses cut to original shapes, deep cleaning and polishing, replacement period-correct parts, and re-plating through our restoration partners. The frame keeps its soul; you get to wear it again.
Nosepad Adaptations
Comfort lives at the bridge. We convert acetate bridges to adjustable nose pads, fit alternate pad shapes and silicone options, and adapt frames for low-bridge fits — small changes that transform how a frame wears all day.
Book an appointment, text us, or stop by the studio at Rockefeller Center — we’ll take care of the rest.
